1. Overview

At Shubh Stores, all products are made-to-order specifically after an order is placed. Due to this customized production process, returns are accepted only under limited conditions as outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item was delivered damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

  • The print is clearly defective or misprinted

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • An unboxing video (mandatory for damage-related claims)

All claims are subject to verification before approval.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to screen display differences

  • Minor measurement variation (±1 inch)

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order.


5. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • We may issue a refund, depending on the case

If return shipping is required, instructions will be shared via email.

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


6. Refunds

Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

After this period, production begins and cancellation will not be possible.


8.Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are handled as follows:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost after verification.

  • If the return is requested due to size issues or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All return requests must be approved before sending the product back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
