At Shubh Stores, all products are made-to-order. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.

Since our products are made-to-order:

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • 3–7 business days, depending on your location

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote area delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email (if available).

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking information.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure

  • Reshipping charges may apply

Orders returned due to incorrect address may not be eligible for refund of shipping charges.

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply
